11.The property contains more than the 33-feet of minimum frontage on <br /> public right-of-way, <br /> Please be advised that the Planning Commission attached the following as <br /> conditions of approval: <br /> 1. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, acceptable to <br /> the City Attorney, prior to the recording of this subdivision. The <br /> development agreement shall, in regards to this subdivision, address at <br /> least the following: <br /> a. A mechanism to ensure the ultimate platting of the property. <br /> b. A mechanism to ensure proper abandonment of the sewage <br /> treatment system and removal of the existing structures. <br /> c.
