COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />10.1. Consider Government Drive Quotes <br />City Engineer Tim Houle noted that he requested quotes from Anderson <br />Brothers and Tri-City Paving for the expanded Government Drive Project <br />which included added sidewalk and curb and gutter. He noted that <br />Anderson Brothers declined to submit a quote. The quote received from <br />Tri-City Paving is $73,509.25. <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO APPROVE TRI-CITY PAVING'S QUOTE <br />OF $73,509.25 AND THE ADJUSTED COMPLETION DATE FROM <br />FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12 TO WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2012. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />Council Member Akerson noted that two bids were required and <br />questioned if Anderson Brother's decision not to bid counted as the <br />second quote. Attorney Paul Sandelin stated that the City attempted to <br />� acquire a second bid and as long as the attempt was documented the City <br />could consider this as the second bid. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />11. Clerk's Report <br />Report accepted by Council. <br />11.1. Job Evaluation Committee Recommendations <br />11.1A. Consider Waqe Increase for Police Office Manaqer <br />The Clerk noted that Jeanyne Alderson's hours in the Police Department <br />working as Office Manager had been increased to 20 hours per week <br />since June 1St. The Job Evaluation Committee is recommending that <br />Jeanyne be eligible for a pay increase to reflect the additional job duties <br />that she is doing in the police department. The Committee is <br />recommending that she be compensated according to step 5.5 in the <br />Office Manager Pay scale. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ACCEPT THE <br />� RECOMMENDATION OF THE JOB EVALUATION COMMITTEE TO <br />
