B. ACTIVITIES IN THE CONSTRUCTION EWPACT ZONE(CIZ): <br /> i. Definition of CIZ. The area designated as the CIZ is from the half-way point of the <br /> distance from the OHWL to the conforming building setback or landward of the shore <br /> impact zone to the structure setback line. <br /> H. Activities in the upland areas of the CIZ. The area designated as the RLZ is from the conforming structure <br /> setback to a distance one thousand(1000)feet from the OHWL on lakes and three <br /> hundred(300)feet on rivers and streams. <br /> H. Activities in the upland areas of the RLZ. Ten(10)to one hundred(100)cubic <br /> yards of fiWdirt moving wi44 may be permitted. <br /> The application <br /> must be accompanied by a site plan and scope of work. A permit for dirt moving from <br /> the Land Services Department is required. <br /> iii. Aefivities in the wetland areas of the RLZ.
