B. Slope stabilization. Dirt moving in a bluff impact zone is prohibited. Dirt moving on steep slopes may be allowed with a an"permit from the Planning and Zening Land Services Department. Dirt moving on or in steep slopes must not create unstable soil conditions. C. Degree of finished slope. Plans to place fill or excavated materials on steep slopes must be reviewed by SWGB the Land Services Department for continued stability and must not create finished slopes of thirty(30)percent or greater or be located in the SIZ or Bluff Impact Zone. D. Negative impact. The fill or excavation shall not negatively impact public waters,roads, adjacent or affected properties. E. Erosion control and stabilization. All other Shoreland Alteration provisions of this Ordinance shall apply.
