➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the MPCA <br /> and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/08) <br /> ➢ Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback. Their <br /> Variance Reconsideration request was approved at the March meeting. Staff will <br /> monitor. (6/08) <br /> ➢ Kristine Sivanich—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Most of the items <br /> have been removed. Staff will continue to monitor. (5/09) <br /> ➢ Jan Lee—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. The vehicles have current <br /> registration. Most of the exterior storage has been removed. The 2 refrigerators <br /> and the garbage have been removed. Staff will continue to monitor. (5/09) <br /> ➢ Delbert L. and Cherry L.Nelson—Animal Husbandry—possibly 7 dogs. (10/10) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen—Exterior Storage. (12/10) <br /> ➢ Claudia Allene—Real Estate sign exceeding ordinance. The large sign has been <br /> removed. We consider this matter resolved. (3/11) <br /> Notes: <br /> ✓ At the April 5 City Council Meeting the City Council amended Chapter 9 of the <br /> City Code relating to the licensing and keeping of dogs. The amended Code does <br /> not refer to a number of dogs that a household can keep. With our amendment <br /> removing dogs and cats from the definition of Animal Husbandry and this <br /> amendment to Chapter 9, Delbert and Cherry Nelson would not be in violation for <br /> keeping 6 or 7 dogs. <br /> April, 2011 Staff Report Page 2 <br />
