Tammy Johnson, 30974 Government Drive, for a sign; <br /> 2. Gerald Calhoun, 5810 Sibley Lake Road, for a screen porch; <br /> 3. American National Bank, 31279 Brunes Street, for a sign. <br /> *** Permit applications through March, 2011 are 11, compared with 9 for 2010, 3 for <br /> 2009, 15 for 2008, 15 for 2007, 20 for 2006, 20 for 2005 and 22 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. January 21 letter from the Cullen Lakes Association including their 2011 Lake <br /> Management Plan; <br /> 2. March 16 letter from Loretta Joy Hillier stating Lloyd Wass will complete <br /> construction by November 1, 2011; <br /> 3. March 30 letter to Raymond Johnson regarding his request for a variance; <br /> 4. April 1 letter to Claudia Allene regarding sign along State Highway 371; <br /> 5. April 5 Memo sent to City Council and Planning Commission members; <br /> 6. April 6 letter to Rick Linnell, Superintendent of Schools, regarding School Bus <br /> Garage in Industrial Park; <br /> 7. April 12 letter to Delbert and Cherry Nelson regarding resolution of violation; <br /> 8. April 13 letter to Craig Swenson regarding underground fuel oil tank; <br /> 9. April 13 email to Jeff Miller regarding submittals for Wilderness Resort Villas; <br /> 10. April 14 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas regarding 60-day extension; <br /> 11. April 14 letter to Patrick Smith responding to questions regarding signs; <br /> 12. April 15 letter to Claudia Allene regarding sign along State Highway 371; <br /> 13. April 15 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC approving CUP; <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel.
