Pillsbury St. north to East/West Grove Street <br /> �— There is an enormous amount of develop potential in this area of the City. In the past, <br /> the Planning Commission has looked at the vast amount of vacant space that is <br /> developable along this section of the highway. With the acquisition of Highway 371,the <br /> City will obtain more land that is developable. The city may want to consider further <br /> exploring options for future development of these areas. <br /> The City has made significant investments in the infrastructure in this area.
