West Grove Street north to County Highway ill <br /> The area that lies immediately north of the"core downtown"is a transitional area from <br /> �- more intensive uses(core downtown)to less intensive uses(rural property in the <br /> northern part of the city). The city has a small amount of infrastructure in place in this <br /> section of the Highway 371 corridor.
