Dawn Bittner
August 15, 2013
Page 2
platting CUP approval process. The DNR representative's directive to me was to place the systems
in the areas where the least amount of damage to aquatic vegetation will occur. The systems were
located and placed accordingly. Some minor damage to vegetation may occur as a result of
installation of docks and boater use, however, Wilderness was approved for 40 slips with three
docking systems to cluster the docks and minimize the number of separate systems. Wilderness has
over 2500 feet of shoreline, with well over 50% of the shoreland buffer zone area remaining in its
natural condition.
Sincerely,
Thomas L.
