The non-conforming mobile home is to be removed in the spring. (io/o6 to <br /> present) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Staff advised Mr. Peterson to file the <br /> Notice of Termination with the MPCA. (7/08) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen — Exterior storage. The City Attorney had a <br /> detailed letter served on Mr. Derksen August 12. Some of the items have <br /> been removed but the burn pile remains with new items added,tires and <br /> other miscellaneous items remain along the east side of the garage and the <br /> travel trailer remains along the alley. There have been improvements but I <br /> do not feel this matter has been resolved. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Cathi McBryde — Exterior storage. Staff needs to address.
