5. October 9 letter to Virgil Dahl regarding cleanup. <br /> C. Council Meeting Notes: <br /> The City Council Meeting was held October 7 and an excerpt of the dram <br /> Minutes are included: <br /> 6.1. Planning Commission Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 6.2. Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, Final Plat of CIC#1079 (Third Amended) <br /> Justin Burslie presented the background information on the final plat for <br /> Wilderness Resort Villas. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT <br /> OF COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY#1079, THIRD AMENDED, <br /> BASED ON THE 6 FINDINGS OF FACT OUTLINED IN THE COUNCIL <br /> REPORT AND THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY REVIEW THE TITLE WORK <br /> BEFORE THE FINAL PLAT IS SIGNED. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9. Public Works <br /> 9.1. Highway 371 Update <br /> Tim Houle, City Engineer, updated the Council on two meetings recently <br /> held regarding cost estimates associated with anticipated turnbacks <br /> associated with the Highway 371 project. He noted that negotiations will <br /> continue and he requested the Council to indicate who should negotiate with <br /> the County. It was the consensus of the Council to have Council Member <br /> Sjoblad, Mike Loven, and Tim Houle continue turnback negotiations with <br /> Crow Wing County. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl — City Staff, along with a local recycling company, entered the <br /> properly and removed a substantial amount of the exterior storage, etc. on <br /> October 8.
