October 9 letter to Virgil Dahl regarding cleanup. C. Council Meeting Notes: The City Council Meeting was held October 7 and an excerpt of the dram Minutes are included: 6.1. Planning Commission Report Report received by Council. 6.2. Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC, Final Plat of CIC#1079 (Third Amended) Justin Burslie presented the background information on the final plat for Wilderness Resort Villas. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY#1079, THIRD AMENDED, BASED ON THE 6 FINDINGS OF FACT OUTLINED IN THE COUNCIL REPORT AND THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY REVIEW THE TITLE WORK BEFORE THE FINAL PLAT IS SIGNED. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 9. Public Works 9.1. Highway 371 Update Tim Houle, City Engineer, updated the Council on two meetings recently held regarding cost estimates associated with anticipated turnbacks associated with the Highway 371 project. He noted that negotiations will continue and he requested the Council to indicate who should negotiate with the County. It was the consensus of the Council to have Council Member Sjoblad, Mike Loven, and Tim Houle continue turnback negotiations with Crow Wing County. D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. ➢ Virgil Dahl — City Staff, along with a local recycling company, entered the properly and removed a substantial amount of the exterior storage, etc. on October 8.
