There are several local landscape nurseries that offer natural, deep rooted
vegetation.
• The landscape contractor also stated you wish to tar the driveway and parking
area, as well as a strip along the north side of the dwelling. Using the
measurements provided on his drawing, I find that you are very close to the 20%
impervious coverage limit. We should discuss alternative means to achieve the
access you desire as well as maintaining impervious coverage. Pouring concrete
on the outside patio area also increases your impervious coverage.
I have enclosed a copy of the drawing submitted which includes my impervious coverage
calculations. I would be more than happy to meet with you again to discuss any
questions or concerns you may have.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
Enc.
`.. C: Planning Commission
