After receiving another complaint I drove past May 30, <br /> 2014 to find that there has been little or no effort on your part to remove the exterior <br /> storage, refuse and debris. <br /> We would like to extend the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We <br /> are requesting that by no later than June16, 2014 you remove all debris and <br /> store all equipment within a building. Failure to comply with the City Code by <br /> June 16, 2014 will prompt us to take more aggressive action. This would likely include <br /> Administrative Fines in the amount of$1oo.00 per day for each day the violation <br /> continues or civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the City <br /> Code and could potentially include criminal action. You will be responsible to <br /> reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this violation. <br /> This would include any consultant fees or other professional services that <br /> City Staff determines is necessary, including but not limited to the City <br /> Planner,the City Engineer or the City Attorney. <br /> Having debris and equipment stored outside is an eyesore to the rest of the community <br /> and is a health and safety issue that we take very seriously.
