MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. <br /> 6.2. Planning Commission Liaisons <br /> The Mayor noted that the Planning Commission meeting liaisons for 2014 <br /> have been provided by Dawn Bittner. <br /> 6.3. Planning and Zoning Year-end Report <br /> The Mayor thanked Dawn Bittner for providing the Planning and Zoning <br /> Department year-end report. <br /> 9.3. City Engineer Update <br /> North Washington Avenue <br /> Based on input from the last meeting, the first draft design and preliminary <br /> drawings have been completed. They will be reviewed this month with Mike Loven, <br /> Council Member Sjoblad and Council Member Gardner. The Council will be <br /> requested to advertise for bids in February or March. <br /> Nelson Road <br /> The City's first budget priority is North Washington. After bidding that project in the <br /> spring, we will have a better idea as to the budget impact. At that time we will bring <br /> the Nelson Road back to the Council for discussion. <br /> WWTF Facility Plan <br /> Tim Houle noted that the main focus has been on Highway 371 and Washington <br /> Avenue.
