FROM JANUARY 1, 2014— DECEMBER 31, 2016. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl —This matter has been turned over to the City's Prosecuting <br /> Attorney. (io/o6 to present) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Staff advised Mr. Peterson to file the <br /> Notice of Termination with the MPCA. (x/08) <br /> ➢ David and Renee Anderson — Lot Line Encroachment. Mr.Anderson has <br /> had his lot surveyed and this survey indicates one corner of his garage is 10.9 <br /> feet from lot line and the other is 8.9 feet from the lot line. Mr.Anderson has <br /> requested time for the two survey companies to make final determination. <br /> (6/10) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen — Exterior storage. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Cathi McBryde — Exterior storage. Some of the items have been removed. <br /> �. Staff will monitor her progress. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Carter McAnnich — Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Some of the <br /> items have been removed. Staff will monitor his progress. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Gorton Properties LLC — Exterior Storage. Chief Klang visited with the <br /> property owner who agreed to clean up yard. Due to snowfall, he will stop <br /> again in March or April. (8/13) <br /> ➢ Erek Hamilton — Exterior Storage. Chief Klang visited the property owner <br /> and the exterior storage has been removed. We consider this matter <br /> resolved.
