Plans, or�anizes, and coordinates municipal operations to ensure Council <br />established �oals and objectives are achieved. <br />E. Assists in selection of vendors and contractors <br />F. Reviews proposals, participates in negotiations, and reviews pricing for <br />proposals, contracts, and leases <br />G. Coordinates ne otg iating team for collective bar aining agreements on <br />behalf of the Citv <br />H. Provides professional advice and counsel relating to policies procedures <br />and statutes to the Citv Council and department heads. <br />I. Oversees the administration of all municipal departments. <br />J. Develops and implements administrative policies and guidelines in <br />cooperation with the City Council and various City boards and <br />commissions <br />K. Advises department heads and employees as to administrative <br />procedures and policies. <br />L. Oversees Planning and Zoning department activities <br />4. Performs administrative duties. <br />A. Composes written material including minutes of the City Council <br />meetings, ordinances, and legal documents <br />B.
