Final Pav Estimate — Government Drive <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE FINAL PAY <br />ESTIMATE TO TRI-CITY PAVING IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,120.13 FOR <br />THE GOVERNMENT DRIVE PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />10. Citv Clerk's Office <br />10.1. EDC Member Appointment <br />Mark Jurchen, EDC Chair explained that the EDC is working on various <br />projects including education, workforce development and technology. Bill <br />Stroot has submitted his application for the EDC vacancy and although he <br />is not a resident or business owner of the community, he has a strong tie <br />to the community and has extensive background in technology. Mark <br />Jurchen stated that the EDC is recommending that the Council appoint Bill <br />Stroot to the EDC. <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO APPOINT BILL STROOT TO THE EDC <br />FOR A 3 YEAR TERM TO EXPIRE ON 12/31/2016. MOTION CARRIED <br />5-0. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />10.2. Service Aareement with Pavment Service Nefinrork, Inc. <br />Nancy Malecha reported on the search process for a company to assist <br />the City with automated payment processing. She recommended that the <br />Council authorize staff to enter into a service agreement with PSN. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY TO <br />ENTER INTO A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH PAYMENT SERVICE <br />NETWORK, INC. TO PROVIDE CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, AND E- <br />CHECK PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICES AND THAT THE CITY <br />ACCEPTS ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROCESS. COUNCIL <br />
