� <br />City Council Minutes <br />April 3, 2012 <br />Page 3 of 9 <br />the debt service on the bonds in the event of deficiencies and to pay <br />deficiencies in operating costs. <br />Brandon Anderson stated that the County is encouraging the City Council <br />to refund this bond as it will help ensure that the HRA will be able to fulfill <br />the obligations of the project. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 12- <br />11 APPROVING THE LEVY BY THE PEQUOT LAKES HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ITS SPECIAL BENEFITS TAX <br />FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES. MAYOR ADAMS SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. <br />Discussion took place on the actual cost of the bond including issuance <br />costs. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />5.3. CSAH 11 Proiect <br />Luke Wesheler, Crow Wing County Highway Department explained that <br />�-- the County is requesting the City's consent to move forward with the <br />CSAH 11 project. <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 12-12 <br />APPROVING THE COUNTY PROJECT ASSOCIATED WITH CSAH 11 <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES. COUNCIL <br />MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />Council Member Ryan questioned the timing of the project. Luke Wesheler <br />stated that bids will be opened in June with an early July start date. He <br />noted that they will not be working during the July 4th weekend or during <br />Bean Hole Days. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ENTER INTO THE COST <br />SHARE AGREEMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION OF COUNTY <br />STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 11 FROM TH 371 TO CSAH 4—(S.A.P. <br />018-611-024).
