Fire <br /> The October 2015 Operations Report and October 28, 2015 Fire Board <br /> Minutes were received by Council. <br /> 8. Police <br /> 8.1 MN POST Board Review <br /> The Council acknowledged the police department's successful compliance <br /> review from the Minnesota POST Board. <br /> 9. Public Works <br /> 9.1. County Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement <br /> Tim Houle explained the Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement between Crow <br /> Wing County and the City of Pequot Lakes. This Agreement deals with <br /> road turnbacks for segments of CSAH 11, CR 112, and State Highway <br /> 371 between CR 107 and CSAH 11 from the County to the City. Mr. <br /> Houle noted that prior to the turnbacks taking place, the roads will be <br /> reviewed by the County and the City and road names will need to be <br /> determined. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> JURISDICTIONAL TRANSFER AGREEMENT BETWEEN CROW WING <br /> COUNTY AND THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES FOR SEGMENTS OF <br /> CSAH 11 AND CR 112 AND STATE HIGHWAY 371 BETWEEN CR 107 <br /> AND CSAH 17. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.2. County Construction Cost Share/Maintenance Agreement <br /> Tim Houle explained the Construction Cost Share/Maintenance <br /> Agreement between Crow Wing County and the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> This Agreement addresses responsibilities for different maintenance <br /> activities on County roadways within the City. Mr. Houle noted that the <br /> City will be responsible for electrical lighting costs for County roadways <br /> within the City and MnDOT will be responsible for some lighting costs <br /> along the new highway. <br />
