City Council Minutes <br /> November 3, 2015 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> No one appeared for open forum. <br /> 5. Presentations <br /> 5.1. Delinquent Bills — Certification to Taxes <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the Council with a resolution for adopting <br /> assessments for unpaid service charges. An assessment roll was <br /> attached to the resolution. <br /> Mayor Sjoblad asked if there was anyone in the audience who would like <br /> to appear before the Council to contest their assessment. No one <br /> appeared before the Council. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 15- <br /> 29 ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS FOR UNPAID SERVICE CHARGES. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6. Planning and Zoning <br /> 6.1. Planning Commission Report <br /> The October 26, 2015 Planning Commission Report was received by <br /> Council. <br /> 6.2. Future Road Plan <br /> Dawn Bittner discussed with the Council the revisions to the Road Plan <br /> which was developed in 2006 by the Council and the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Council Member Loukota questioned why this Plan is needed. Ms. Bittner <br /> stated it will aid in future development considerations and that these roads <br /> would not be built unless there is development along these corridors. <br />
