Chamber Electric Bill <br /> Mike Loven explained that Chamber has made the City aware of an <br /> electric bill that they have been paying for several years which belongs to <br /> the City. Mike explained that the City has offered a proposal to the <br /> Chamber in an attempt to resolve the issue. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO REIMBURSE THE <br /> CHAMBER OF COMMERCE $2,500 FOR PAST ELECTRIC EXPENSES <br /> AND TO CONTINUE NOT CHARGING THE CHAMBER FOR WATER <br /> `-- UNLESS A SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS INSTALLED, AT WHICH TIME A <br /> SEPARATE WATER METER WOULD BE INSTALLED FOR WATER <br /> USED TO SPRINKLE THE LAWN AND SAID USAGE WOULD BE <br /> CHARGED TO THE CHAMBER. COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Mark Jurchen explained that the Chamber Board voted to accept the <br /> City's offer with the understanding that the money will be used for the <br /> Bobber water tower. <br /> Council Member Ryan questioned which fund the money would come <br /> from. Mike Loven stated that the money would come from the park fund. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 11.1. City Engineer's Report <br /> City Engineer Tim Houle provided a verbal update on the Government <br /> Drive meetings that were held. He stated that he would like to keep the <br /> comment period for the survey forms open until Friday, May 20th. He noted <br /> that the purpose of the meetings is to receive public input on the project <br /> via the survey forms. Tim stated that the results of the meetings and <br /> survey comments will be presented to the Council in July. Council Member <br />
