With over 250 local government <br /> clients, we have a deep understanding of the workings of local government in Minnesota. <br /> DDA has provided services to communities in the Pequot Lakes area for many years and <br /> DDA recently completed Administrator searches for Steele County, the City of Cokato and <br /> the City of Northfield. A complete list of searches from the past two years is included later in <br /> the proposal. <br /> APPROACH TO THE PROCESS <br /> Our approach to this search will be to focus on finding the best fit for the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes. This is accomplished first and foremost by listening to what you are saying, <br /> understanding your goals and objectives and building the search process off that foundation. <br /> Please note that this proposal is for a full service search process, but other lower cost options <br /> are available if components are eliminated. <br /> After gathering background information, we comprehensively advertise the position and make <br /> sure the posting gets into the hands of prospective candidates. In some cases, those <br /> persons are not active job seekers, so we will make every effort to find those folks through <br /> direct outreach efforts.
