If there is no objection to a proposed addition or correction, it <br />may be made without a vote of the Council. If there is an objection, the <br />Council shall vote upon the addition or correction. If there are no additions <br />or corrections, the minutes stand approved. <br />2. Electronic Recordine — The proceedings of all - Council meetings, (with <br />the a ept.e., of closed ~1eetings` shall be recorded electronically. The <br />electronic recording of each meeting shall be clearly marked denoting type <br />of meeting (i.e. regular, special, public hearing, etc.), date and time. The <br />electronic recording shall be kept in a secure storage area in chronological <br />order and maintained for one year. Access to the electronic recordings <br />shall be open to the public. Copies of the recordings may be made <br />available for a fee as set by the Clerk's Office. <br />Meetine Schedule. <br />Council meetings shall be conducted in the order of the prepared agendas, <br />unless Council members agree to change the order to accommodate the <br />public. <br />2. The regular meeting of the Council shall be scheduled for the first <br />Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. <br />3. If all business has not been completed, the meeting may be continued to <br />another date and time to complete the scheduled agenda without further <br />notice being required. <br />4. Public hearings will normally be scheduled for an evening meeting. <br />K. Order of Business. Each meeting of the Council shall convene at the time and <br />place appointed.
