Front Street from Main Street north to Patriot Avenue Road = Two -driving lanes Shoulders or Parking = Two parking lanes Note = The most northern block between West Sibley Street and Patriot Avenue does not have sidewalks. We have based our tasks on the effort everyone put forth for recent — we believe, overall, successful - improvements to Rasmussen Road. We all learned a little bit from that process, and so we have tried to incorporate some of those experiences into the following Study tasks for this project: Prepare a base map from publicly available sources that will show: • Right -of -Way • City sanitary sewer and watermain • Storm drainage systems • Telecommunications, natural gas, and power utilities (obtained from a Gopher State One Call — map option) • Street typical sections, including sidewalks 2. We will take this base map and meet once with a City Committee. We suggest two Council Members, the City Administrator, the City Public Works Director, the City Zoning Administrator, the City Zoning Specialist, and the City Water/Wastewater Operator.
