Motion carried 6-o. <br /> 5.2 Sketch Plan Review—Tom Peterson <br /> Mr. Peterson would like to see duplex housing development on the property. Most of the <br /> property is wetland. He stated that he spoke with the DNR regarding wetland credits. <br /> Mr. Peterson inquired if his parcel to the east of this parcel could be included and <br /> rezoned to allow a larger buildable area.
