The final plat document has been prepared by licensed land surveyor-Patrick A. <br /> Trottier, License No,41004. <br /> 8. Appropriate easements are included on the final plat. <br /> 9. There are no public or private streets proposed within the plat. <br /> 10.There are no private covenants proposed. <br /> 11.
