Fire Department Monthly Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 9. Water/Wastewater Monthly Report <br /> Report received by Council. The Clerk explained that the Pine River Area <br /> Sanitary District Board of Commissioners have requested the City to <br /> review the mutual aid agreement to see if any changes need to be made. <br /> The agreement automatically renews for successive one year terms and <br /> any party may withdraw from the agreement with a sixty day written <br /> notice. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO CONTINUE THE <br /> AGREEMENT. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Council Member Ryan suggested that Paul Sandelin review the <br /> agreement to ensure it is up-to-date. Council Member Ryan questioned <br /> whether the Memorandum of Understanding is non-active. The Clerk <br /> noted that it is non-active. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTION TO <br /> HAVE PAUL SANDELIN UPDATE THE AGREEMENT. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE AMENDMENT <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> MOTION AS AMENDED CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10. Police Chief Monthly Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 10.1. Civil Defense Siren <br /> Council Member Oraskovich reviewed the memo from Janet Wedan <br /> regarding the joint effort to purchase and locate a civil defense siren at the <br /> Eagle View Elementary School. The cost will be shared by the cities of <br /> `..- Breezy Point and Pequot Lakes and the School District. <br />
