Call Outs <br /> Being occasionally on call is part of the job requirements and is not <br /> separately compensated, unless there is an actual call out. Actual call outs <br /> shall be paid at the normal rate of pay with a two-hour minimum. <br /> Adverse Weather <br /> City facilities will be open during adverse weather. Due to individual <br /> circumstances, each employee will have to evaluate the weather and road <br /> conditions in deciding to report to work (or leave early). Employees will be <br /> paid for hours worked. Sworn police officers and public works maintenance <br /> employees would generally be required to report to work regardless of <br /> conditions. <br /> Employees shall take vacation, personal holiday or unpaid time. Decisions to <br /> close City Hall will be made by the Mayor or Vice Mayor. Decisions to <br /> cancel departmental programs will be made by the respective department <br /> head or his/her Council liaison. <br /> 8. BENEFIT AND LEAVE PROGRAMS <br /> Vacation Leave <br /> 1.
