He indicated that the developer <br /> of Wilderness Point Resort is requesting a road vacation which is <br /> necessary to complete a re-platting process at the resort. He stated that <br /> the Planning Commission is recommending that the Council vacate a <br /> portion of High Pine Street. In return for vacating the street, the developer <br /> has agreed to a deeded dedicated access through the resort for affected <br /> property owners to reach their private properties. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO OPEN THE PUBLIC <br /> HEARING FOR THE VACATION OF HIGH PINE STREET. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> There were no comments from the public on this issue. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC <br /> HEARING FOR THE VACATION OF HIGH PINE STREET. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION.
