More land will be needed if the City wants to encourage <br /> continued business/industrial growth. <br /> 3). Another shorter-term approach would be to extend sanitary sewer and <br /> watermain along Derksen Road from the south end of Morehouse Drive to service <br /> land on the north side of the spray irrigation field.
