City Council Minutes <br />January 2, 2007 <br />Page 3of10 <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT OF MAYO ACRES BASED ON 12 FINDINGS OF <br />FACT LISTED IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT TO THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL DATED DECEMBER 18, 2006 AND <br />BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br />• A DEED RESTRICTION SHALL BE PLACED ONLOT ONE THAT <br />WOULD LIMIT ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY TO THE <br />SOUTHERN 75 FEET OF THE PARCEL <br />COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />/6.2. Rezonina from Residential and Commercial to Shoreline Residential — <br />Applicant. City of Peauot Lakes. Property Owners — Lindel and Sherwood <br />Staff report by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn noted that the Planning <br />Commission unanimously recommended that parcel 290221400A00009 <br />be rezoned to Shoreline Residential based on 11 findings of fact listed in <br />the Planning Commission report to the Mayor and City Council dated <br />December 18, 2006. <br />6.3, Rezonina from Residential to Shoreline Residential — Applicant. City of <br />Peauot Lakes. Property owner. O'Brien <br />Staff report by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn stated that the Planning <br />Commission unanimously recommended that parcels 29121000003A009, <br />2912100000400009, 291210000050009, and 29121000006B009 be <br />rezoned to Shoreline Residential based on 8 findings of fact listed in the <br />Planning Commission report to the Mayor and City Council dated <br />December 18, 2006. <br />6.4. Rezonina from Commercial and Forestry to Forest Management and Rural <br />Residential — Applicant. City of Peauot Lakes. Property Owners. C. <br />Peterson, G. Peterson, and T. Peterson <br />Staff report by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn stated that the Planning <br />Commission unanimously recommended that parcels numbers <br />290271100000009 and 29271100D00009 be rezoned to Commercial and <br />that Parcel number 290271100AAA009 be rezoned to Forest <br />Management with the northern 200 feet of the property extending to the <br />west to Hurtig Road and the eastern 350 feet of the parcel extending <br />South 675 feet be rezoned to Commercial based on the 9 findings of fact <br />
