HRA could have an Email account for comments and complaints. Mesa has not seen a single complaint but he believes there should be out there. Ronning sometimes people want to just to feel like they are being heard. Mayor said they need to just feel like they are being heard. Ridgley said they should know as a board if the City is getting complaints, if they don't know the complaint exists they cannot do anything with it. Ridgley said they can deal with their City liaison. Dullum said he should bring them to the meeting, Tyler said he has in the past but he didn't feel like he was being addressed Tyler asked if the HRA has a liaison, Ditties said she is and Dullum said she is as well.
