City Council Minutes <br /> July 5, 2022 <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br /> MAYOR GARDNER MOVED TO TABLE THE CONSIDERATION FOR <br /> ADOPTION OF THE DOWNTOWN PLAN. COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> Council Member Pederson has several comments and possible updates for the <br /> Downtown Plan. Consensus of the Council is to have a joint workshop to discuss <br /> the Downtown Plan. <br /> 7. Fire <br /> 7.1. Fire Report <br /> The June 2022 Fire Department Report was received by Council. <br /> 8. Police <br /> 8.1 Police Department Monthly Report <br /> The May 2022, Police Department Monthly Report was received by Council. <br /> 9. Public Works <br /> 9.1. Public Works Report <br /> The June 2022, Public Works Monthly Report was received by Council. <br /> 9.2. 9t'Avenue <br /> Mr. Spiczka presented the staff report. <br /> MAYOR GARDNER MOVED TO DESIGNATE THE ROADS & STREETS <br /> LIAISON, CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND MAINTENANCE LEAD WORK WITH <br /> LOON LAKE TOWNSHIP ON SEEING THE PROJECT TO COMPLETION. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 9.3. Olson Street <br /> Mr. Spiczka presented the staff report. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO APPROVE CITY STAFF TO <br /> WORK WITH SCHOOL DISTRICT STAFF TO CLOSE THE ROAD TO <br /> IMPLEMENT A TEST SECTION UNTIL THE VACATION PROCESS IS <br /> COMPLETE. COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 9.4 Small Cities Development Program (SDCP) Grant Application <br />
