What is in red is what is to be <br /> approved, black is already in play. Goal of this is to allow for more density. City <br /> planner did say going down to one acre minimum is still a safe size for being able <br /> to do your own septic. Council member Pederson questioned what an animal unit <br /> was. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO AMEND THE TRANSITIONAL <br /> RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. Land Use Fee Reduction—Justin Franke <br /> Justin Franke resides at 4910 Timber Oaks Rd. He built a shed on his property 3- <br /> 4 years ago. County did not require him to pull a permit, but he did not check with <br /> the City. A county assessor was on his property a month ago and said he should <br /> check with the City about not pulling a permit. Shed has since been moved. <br /> Mayor stated this is the first time this has happened. Franke is now subject to an <br /> after the fact fine. Mayor states when this rule is broken there is a minimum <br /> penalty of$300. A fee of$300 was recommended. Mayor recommends lowering <br /> fee to permit cost of$125. <br />
