• Met with owners of the Wooddale apartments, which currently are non-metered
accounts. Two 1"water meters will be installed(one for each building),to accurately
meter these apartment buildings.
• Was called to the south end of the Oasis, since no water was available at this location. It
was determined that their service line had froze, since our water main was fine.
• Rick Buer from AE2S was here to assure that flow meter totalizers at the plant are
working properly and that the daily reporting values are accurate. After several days
pass,he will need to come back to ensure all is working properly since daily recording
values have now been changed.
• Utilized water meter test bench to establish a procedure in determining the accuracy of
water meters.
• Received a call from the Pequot Pines apartment on the 25th stating that the maintenance
manager had cut into a water line to replace a section of piping, but was unable to
isolate the water line which caused some minor flooding in their utility room. At this
point, the main water valve was then shutdown to the whole building until the repairs
could be made. As the water was slowly restored, assisted the manager in making sure
no problems occurred.
WASTEWATER
Facility Performance:
a.
