Atl recreational vehicles must be designed to operate on state <br />roads without a special �er�nit anct m�st have a current license. No camping unit may be <br />permanently placed or skirted. AlI caanping units must be able to be moved readi�y. <br />Camping units must meet dwe�ling setback requirements. <br />EnforcementlPena�t� <br />Pursuant to City Code Section � 7-12.1, violation of any pro�ision of Chapter 17 of City Code <br />shall be considered either an administrative offense sub�ect to an administrative fine; a crirninai <br />offense; or a civil offense subject to enforcement through civil remedies, inclUding the abaternent <br />pracedure described above. Each act of �iolation in every calendar day upon which said <br />violation occurs or continues may be considered a sep�rate offense_ Further, a person who <br />violates this Code is guilty of a misdemeanor arzd upon conviction thereof may be punished by a <br />fine af not more than $1000.00 and/or impriso�ent for a terrn not to exceed 90 days, or both. <br />Additionally, zn all cases where the City is reviewing, investigating, or administering for <br />purposes of enforcing compliance with t�is Chapter, the offend�ng party shall be required to <br />reimburse �he City for the City's fees and costs associated �rith enforcing compliance with this <br />Cltapter. Fees and costs include, but are not limited to, attorney's fees, engineering fees, <br />consultant fees, and other professional services deemec� necessary by the City. The City also <br />reserves the right to record a lien against real estate that is the subj ect of a land use enforcernent <br />action pursuant to Section 514.67 of Minnesota Statutes, for any of the aforementioned unpaid <br />fees and services. <br />Finally, in the event of a violation of any provision of this Ch.apter, the City, in addition to other <br />remedies, may act or institute action to prevent, restrain, correct, ar abate such viaiation or <br />threatene� violation. <br />
