The consent agreezrtent is an agreement between you and the City where you <br />are consenting to allow the City to enter upon your Property, abate the nuisance condi#�ons <br />present on your Property, and assess the casts incurred in doing so to your Property. By signing <br />this agreement and timety returning it to the City you may still aIlow the City ta abate the <br />nuisance conditions on your Property without resorting to further enforcernent actions againsi <br />you. <br />If you wish to avoid the above-described euforcement actions �y the City, please egecute <br />the enclosed consent agreernent and return et to the City bv no later than 4:4Q p.m., Fridav, <br />May 30, 20�4. Entering into this consent agreement wi�h the City will allow you to resalve tnis <br />nnatter and achieve compliance with City Code without addztional enforcert�ent actions against <br />you. P�ease sign and enaiI or deiiver the signed consent agreerrient to Dawn Bittner, Zor�ing <br />Adrninistrator, at Peq�ot Lakes City Hall.
