Property is not mafntained in a clean and acceptable manner. All <br />stn�ctures shall be property maintained in a clear� and acceptable manner so as not to <br />constitute a rnenace ta the public health, safety, convenience, general wetfare, property <br />vaiues, and aesthetics. All landscaping shall be properiy rnaintained so as to preserve <br />pIanting in a�ive state and free of noxious weeds_ <br />8. 7.5 {l.B.) Exterior Starage: Materials are not stored within a structure or fizlIy screened. <br />9. 7.5 (l.D.) Exterior Storage: Abandoned motor vehicles on the Property. Abaadoned <br />motor �ehieles shalI be sto�red within a structure ar campletely screened from view from <br />adjacent properties and right-of-way. <br />I0. 7.6 Visual Screening. Froperty has a strong negative visual impact ar�d has received <br />n�merous and continuous compiaints_ No use shall create, maintain or continue any <br />activity or structure which has a strong negative �isual impact or offends the morals or <br />violates the standards of the City_ <br />
