M <br />Network <br />Community FJ <br />Members of CGI's Network Community program receive customized planning and support from a <br />highly- regarded team of professional planners. The Network Community program is CGI's base <br />offering. ->P <br />1 Content is generated and maintained by CGI Staff, with ongoing community coordination. <br />2 Community Growth Institute will obtain the domain, which will forward to the community website. <br />3 Phone assistance is exclusively for city officials, including elected, appointed and staff. A response from the CGI <br />Planning Team is guaranteed within one business day. <br />A Email and messenger assistance is exclusively for city officials, including elected, appointed and staff. A response <br />from the CGI Planning Team is guaranteed within one business day. <br />5 The Network Portfolio will include all available planning documents, including the comprehensive plan, zoning <br />ordinance, subdivision ordinance, future land use map, zoning map, forms, policies and procedures and other <br />planning materials relevant to the community. <br />6 The documents in the Network Por folio will be maintained in digital format, when available. <br />7 The Network Connection newsletter contains valuable and timely information on planning topics, legislative <br />changes, model ordinance language and planning- related documents. <br />8 Includes working with the public on applications and planning- related issues, attendance at meetings, permit <br />review, research, report writing and other planning and zoning functions. In addition, for Level 2 and Level 3 <br />Network Communities, Community Growth Institute will supply a projected work plan. <br />9 The discount is taken from the standard hourly rate for a member of the CGI Planning Team. <br />10 Network base services are invoiced biannually to correspond with the community's levy receipts. <br />0 <br />
