The following punch <br /> list items were noted during the review. <br /> 1. Install 31089 Rasmussen Rd. E911 sign <br /> 2. Switch mailboxes — 30602 & 30613 <br /> 3. Final Newsletter <br /> 4. Landscaping Lindquist property — NE corner of Main St. and Rasmussen Rd. Remove topsoil and <br /> restore with landscape fabric, rock mulch, and shrubs. Details to follow. <br /> 5. Final tracer wire test—observed by Widseth and/or City staff <br /> 6. Lay down area in the Industrial Park needs to be restored with topsoil and seed (25-141) <br /> 7. Remove temporary mailboxes <br /> 8. Final sweeping <br /> 9. Entire project— scrape off bituminous chunks. If bituminous/tack cannot be removed from <br /> concrete, remove and replace concrete panel(s). <br /> 10. Bituminous trail patch at North Rae Ave — Sawcut and remove patch. Replace up to pedestrian <br /> ramp. <br /> 11. North Rae Ave washout area— restore with topsoil, seed, erosion control mat, and bio-roll. <br /> 12. Stormwater basin washout area — restore with class 5, topsoil, seed, erosion control mat, rip-rap, <br /> erosion control blanket, and bio-roll. Install bio-roll along top forebay. <br /> 13. Entire project— restore area where silt fence was removed. <br /> 14. 30817 Rasmussen Rd washout— restore with topsoil and seed <br /> 15. Install mailbox for 30902 Rasmussen Rd. <br /> 16.
