TAXPAYER'S NAME: Angela Sandelin <br />PROPERTY ID: 29103000907f009 <br />`-' MARKET VALUE: $354,900 <br />TAXPAYER'S COMMENTS: Taxpayer stated she recently purchased the <br />property and the Settlement Statement lists the purchase price of <br />$280,000. Taxpayer requested to lower the market value to the actual <br />purchase price. <br />ASSESSOR'S COMMENTS: The Assessor noted that the current market <br />value is actually at $299,000 and stated that Ms. Sandelin had an old <br />statement. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED <br />6. TAYPAYER'S NAME: Brandon Johnson <br />PROPERTY ID: 291140050040009 <br />MARKET VALUE: $142,100 last year; current market value at $117,000. <br />TAYPAYER'S COMMENTS: Taxpayer stated that the house is currently <br />under construction. Taxpayer stated that when he purchased the house <br />there was no wiring or insulation and not all interior walls were built. <br />
