The lumber for our new office above the training room is here. The Officers decided to <br />proceed with this project even though there was some opposition at our last meeting. The <br />stairs has to be done first. Mike Schwankl volunteered to help as soon as tomorrow night. <br />Matt Zins will help him. Anyone else who could help is welcome. There will be a work <br />night the last Wednesday in March. <br />The Chief reported that Brian and Kevin will be going to Moorhead to a fire school. <br />There will also be some classes at Duluth the weekend of April 25th. Tasha, John <br />Wasserbauer, Bill, Tom, and Mike Peterson will be going to classes at Brainerd. <br />The annual Breezy Point Polar Plunge is scheduled for Saturday, March 7th. Tasha, Brian, <br />Kevin, and Mike Schwankl will help. <br />We will be planning to do the safety officer training DVD possibly on the 5th Wednesday <br />in April. There is also a first officer on the scene class that is 6 hours long that has not <br />been scheduled yet. If we do the St. Cloud driving class, it should be on a Saturday. We <br />will do a safety walk -thru of the 4 properties of the HRA on Wednesday, March 18th. <br />There will be a mock car crash prior to prom on April 3rd and the prom is scheduled for <br />April 4th <br />There is an Easter egg hunt planned to be held at the Breezy park if it is nice outside. This <br />is for any fire fighter's children and guests.
