- Called in locates and installed multiple 911 sign posts &mailboxes <br /> - Called in utility locate and working on opening up filled-in culverts/drainage at PatriotlJokela& <br /> Patriot/W. Grove <br /> - Finally received our 30+ signs on order for weeks, locate calls made and installation of necessary <br /> posts,replaced and moved other signs as needed>Included several missing stop signs, NO TRUCKS <br /> on Rasmussen &Akerson locations among many others <br /> - Inspected storm sewer outlet north of lumber yard to assess surcharge and clean out issues> this line <br /> services areas on the N. end of Main/Patriot areas. We are formulating a plan to improve and poised <br /> to get estimated costs estimates <br /> Parks: <br /> -Finalizing work on Flag Display(dirt work on edges, will `dormant seed' late fall,repair of damaged <br /> irrigation in N. Trailside, rehab of perimeter work areas, solicited bids and working with welder to <br /> build guardrail the be installed by PW Staff for W end storm intake area, approached Coils to replace <br /> defective/inadequate solar light on US flag pole) <br /> - Routine inspections, and trash removal at multiple garbage barrels remaining <br /> - Onsite meeting with local excavator on volume estimates for black dirt to be delivered to S Trailside <br /> Park to improve poor grass areas in the center of the Park(weather willing- dirt fall, seeding in spring) <br /> - Plan to scarify the S Trailside Park areas discussed above (rent a harley rake attachment for skid steer <br /> prior to black dirt delivery) <br /> - Plan to rent a stump grinder to remove all stumps and roots in our parks &rehab (dirt/seed) <br /> - Mowing/mulching all parks/city grass as wet weather allowed <br /> - Tree donations for pog Park from Babinski (arranged by Community Action) suspended until spring <br /> - Dog Park maintenance <br /> - Port-a-potty subcontractor removed toilet for season <br /> - Christmas Decoration Committee met and we coordinated this year's efforts (additional discussions <br /> with staff, Chamber ensued). Light inventor conducted by staff, additional purchased, sites mapped, <br /> outlets tested.
