We will be sending a follow-up email on approximately December 15,2008 with more information about the new website. Thank you for your previous cooperation in meeting requirements to comply with the 1984 Local Government Pay Equity Act. As you know, your jurisdiction was found to be in compliance based on your previous report, and now your next report is due January 31, 2009. This report must show data in place as of December 31, 2008. This e-mail contains the material you will need to file your 2009 Pay Equity Implementation Report. (Only one-third of all jurisdictions are reporting in 2009, so your neighboring jurisdictions may have other reporting dates.) This report is required by the Local Government Pay Equity Act, M.S. 471.991-471.999 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 3920.
