History <br />July 6, 2010: The City Council received a petition from residents along <br />Wildlife Trail to have the private roadway taken over by the City and to <br />have it paved. The City Council authorized Widseth Smith Nolting to <br />prepare a Feasibility Report on construction necessary to bring Wildlife <br />Trail up to City standards, including paving, before the City would <br />consider accepting this as a City street and taking over its maintenance. <br />August 3, 2010: The City Council received the Wildlife Trail Feasibility <br />Report and called for a Preliminary Assessment Hearing at their <br />December meeting. <br />September 7, 2010: The City Council authorized Widseth Smith Nolting <br />to prepare a Feasibility Report on paving and related improvements to <br />North Sluetter Road between County Road 168 on the south and the <br />intersection with Wildlife Trail on the north. <br />October 5, 2010: The City Council received the North Sluetter Road <br />Feasibility Report and called for a Preliminary Assessment Hearing at <br />their December meeting. <br />November 9, 2010: The City Council discussed front footage or per lot <br />special assessment approaches and requested that the per lot approach <br />be presented. <br />Page 3 of 9 <br />
