Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Policy <br /> Tina Nolden reviewed a draft of the sanitary sewer maintenance policy. <br /> The Mayor noted that a schedule that was referenced in the policy was not <br /> attached to the policy. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO TABLE THIS ISSUE UNTIL A <br /> COMPLETE POLICY IS PRESENTED WHICH INCLUDES THE <br /> REFERENCED ATTACHMENTS. COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10.3. Job Description Amendments <br /> The Clerk noted that the three attached job descriptions have <br /> amendments as recommended by the Public Works Supervisor. The <br /> amendment to the descriptions adds the air-brake and tanker <br /> endorsement to the minimum qualifications for the maintenance worker, <br /> water/wastewater operator, and public works supervisor. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> AMENDMENTS TO THE FOLLOWING JOB DESCRIPTIONS: <br /> • MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> • WATER/WASTEWATER OPERATOR <br /> • PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISOR <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. Consider Personnel Proposal from Council Member Ryan <br /> Council Member Ryan reviewed his proposal to have Tina Nolden return <br /> to the position of Water/Wastewater Supervisor. He reviewed the past <br /> history of the department and noted that it has been three years since <br /> Tina had been in the previous position of Water/Wastewater Manager. He <br /> stated that she has progressed over the past three years and has <br /> continued her education.
