City Council Minutes <br /> December 7, 2010 <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br /> Richard Bunker— 6390 North Sluetter— Mr. Bunker stated that he was <br /> opposed to the improvement and assessment. He noted that all three <br /> property owners along North Sluetter road are opposed. He further stated <br /> that the cost was too expensive for three land owners to bear. <br /> John Hilts - 6232 North Sluetter— Mr. Hilts stated that he was opposed <br /> to the project and that he liked the gravel road as is. He further stated that <br /> the cost was too high. <br /> Mitch Kittock - 6256 North Sluetter,— Mr. Kittock stated that he was <br /> opposed to the project. <br /> Robert Needham - 3788 Wildlife Trail — Mr. Needham stated that he was <br /> in favor of the project. He noted that he is trying to sell his house and feels <br /> that if the road was paved it would help in the sale of his home. <br /> John Terwilliger— 7966 Lost lake Road, Lake Shore — Mr. Terwilliger <br /> stated that he was opposed to the improvement because of cost. <br /> Sam Lodermeier - 239 Bridge Ave. W., Delano, MN — Mr. Lodermeier <br /> stated that he was opposed to the project because the cost is too high. <br /> Wendy Ulrich — 3925 Florida Ave N. Crystal, - Ms. Ulrich stated that she <br /> is opposed to the project. She explained that she has no buildings on the <br /> property and that the cost of the improvement would be prohibitive and a <br /> great hardship to her. She further stated that she would receive no benefit <br /> financially to have it done. <br /> The Mayor entered into the record the following letters: <br /> Loon Lake Township — Not in favor of paying for any type of <br /> improvement <br /> Gregg and Terry Fornell (North Sluetter Road) — Opposed to an <br /> assessment to property owners of Outlot B which is a wildlife refuge. <br /> Jeff Monqoven — 3679 Wildlife Trail, — Opposed to the project— not in <br /> favor of a paved road or an assessment. <br /> There being no further comments, Mayor Adams closed the public <br /> hearings for North Sluetter Road and Wildlife Trail. <br /> Council Member Nagel stated that there is no point in pursuing Sluetter <br /> Road as all property owners are opposed to the project. <br />
