Special Council Meeting for Wildlife Trail and North Sleutter Road <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO CALL A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR DECEMBER 7, 2010, AT 6:00 P.M. FOR THE WILDLIFE <br />TRAIL ASSESSMENT PROJECT AND POSSIBLY FOR THE NORTH <br />`-' SLEUTTER ASSESSMENT PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />11.3. Appointment of Election Judges <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 10 -25 <br />APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE 2010 GENERAL <br />ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 2, 2010. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />11.4. Cole Memorial Building Use <br />We have found that, although the Cole Building is being used, the City is <br />paying overtime for employees to open and close the building during non - <br />work hours for those groups who are exempt from paying a reservation <br />fee. Staff is proposing a change in the policy to address this issue. The <br />change would require all organizations to pay the rental fee if the building <br />is rented during non - working hours.
