City Council Minutes <br />September 7, 2010 <br />Page 9 of 13 <br />------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO REVOKE THE ROAD AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN BREEZY POINT AND PEQUOT LAKES FOR NELSON <br />ROAD. COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />9.2. Ideal Township Road Agreement <br />Mike Loven noted that due to a detachment of the property bordering <br />Nelson Road, the road agreement between Breezy Point and Pequot <br />Lakes regarding Nelson has been revoked because the road is now <br />located in Ideal Township. He stated that the City has an existing <br />agreement with Ideal Township for Wild Acres Road. Mike Loven stated <br />that the existing Ideal Township Agreement has been amended to include <br />Nelson Road. Ideal Township has reviewed the agreement and will <br />consider this agreement at their Town Board meeting after it is approved <br />by Pequot Lakes. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO AMEND THE EXISTING <br />PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN IDEAL TOWNSHIP AND THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br />FOR WILD ACRES ROAD BY INCLUDING NELSON ROAD TO THE <br />AGREEMENT. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />9.3. Pine Grove and Hubbard Improvements <br />Mike Loven explained that Pine Grove and Hubbard Streets continue to <br />have water problems that affect Sibley Lake. He indicated that staff has <br />received two quotes to pave and shape the roads. <br />Tri -City Paving - $8,500 <br />Anderson Brothers - $7,534.13 <br />COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE QUOTE <br />FOR SERVICES FROM ANDERSON BROTHERS FOR $7,534.13 FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO PINE GROVE AND HUBBARD STREETS. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5 -0. <br />9.4. Marshall Street <br />Mike Loven stated that there has been a drainage problem in this area for <br />many years. The City is dealing with one property owner who does not <br />�-- want the City to correct the problem. The Council discussed the City's <br />
