FOR AN AMOUNT OF $17,575. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5- <br /> 0 <br /> 9.3.B Maintenance Facilitv Update— Boser Construction Pavment Certificate#6 <br /> Tim Houle presented the application and payment certificate#6 from <br /> Boser Construction Inc. with modifications made by Widseth Smith Nolting <br /> to better reflect the work that had been completed. Mr. Houle stated <br /> Boser Construction did not meet the construction completion deadline of <br /> Friday, September 28th as per the contract and will now be charged the <br /> liquidated damages fee of$500 per calendar day. Mr. Houle clarified the <br /> liquidated damages fee is not a penalty but a fee for charges the City may <br /> incur due to the delayed completion of the project. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> ADJUSTED APPLICATION AND PAYMENT CERTIFICATE #6 FROM <br /> BOSER CONSTRUCTION INC. Rasmussen Road Studv Uqdate <br /> Tim Houle presented the completed Rasmussen Road Study showing <br /> proposed roadway and storm drainage improvements which included the <br /> cost estimate splits befinreen North of Main Street and South of Main <br /> Street.
